Neighbor Mapper is designed to map and return values of the surrounding sequences to
a set of target sequences by integrating two datasets. More specifically, it will go
through a set of targets and find the sequences neighboring each target in another set
of sequences. It allows you to choose how many neighbors must be found upstream and
downstream of the targets.
For details on how to use Neighbor Mapper, see Manual.
Example input files

Input file 2: SNPdata.txt
Output can be viewed in the Quixplorer file manager in folder 'Example_Output'.
Quixplorer file manager
Quixplorer is a web-based file manager that allows users of Neighbor Mapper to look
