Introduction

The Auto-Upload Tool is a PHP-written program which allows the upload of databanks into a local SRS server. SRS (Sequence Retrieval System) is a database system developed to store, link and query different types of biological databanks (such as UniGene, SwissProt, MedLine, Ensembl, OMIM, LocusLink, GO, etc.). The main reason for building the Auto-Upload Tool was to allow SRS users to automatically upload microarray datasets into SRS.
