Make Cluster Matrix

This tool allows you to upload textfiles (Save As.. -> Tab-delimited within Excel)
and transform them for use in the Cluster program.
It will insert one column, A1 will be UNIQID, A2 will be 1, A3 will be 2 etc, etc.
