CoPub Mapper is a program established in a collaboration between the Erasmus MC and Organon N.V.. The CoPub Mapper database can be used to identify genes co-published with other genes and keywords such as diseases, tissues, and gene ontology terms (molecular function, biological process, cellular component). These searches can be performed using a single gene, a single keyword, or using a batch of genes.
